Agile is one of those activities where the more you do it, the more it just makes sense. And once you start winning with agile, the "A-ha!" moments will come fast and furious.
As your team gains experience with agile, they should get better at it.
Some processes will run smoother, some questions no longer need to be asked. The obvious result is that more "product" will be output during each sprint as time goes on.
Nothing is quite as frustrating as putting all your time and effort into an agile transformation and not achieving the expected results.
You wanted more management of changing priorities, more project visibility, more team productivity.
Instead, you're getting less. Seemingly on every front.
"3...2...1... Liftoff! Project control, we are now agile."
If only it could be that easy.
But, like an actual rocket firing off into space, there is far more preparation to a successful agile launch than anyone watching from the outside will ever see.
